Rosie in the sunshine

Well i've put an offer in on the house i viewed yesterday so now it's a nervous wait to hear back. Hopefully tomorrow i should know more. My buyer came for a 2nd viewing today though and seems really excited about moving in so fingers crossed she won't back out like the last chap. I hardly dare raise my hopes about it all!!
It was a nice day anyway spent mostly round the house cleaning and tidying and cutting the grass in glorious sunshine. Long may it continue. :-)
