Spanish style chicken

Well after my mum left this morning i took the cats off for their vaccinations and then went to view a house in a really pretty little village. I really like it and think i'll be in touch with the estate agent tomorrow with an offer. After all the fiasco of the last time i hardly dare build my hopes up but...!!
This evening i've cooked my one of my friend's favourites, Spanish chicken, and indulged in a couple of drinks raising a toast to potential new beginnings! :-)
