This lovely lady in the middle is 21 this week so a good excuse to throw a party. K came over from the Philippines with virtually no English to study and work within our practice. Knowing nobody with no family around it’s been a tough slog for her so all the more reason to celebrate.
Paella and Prosecco party with lots of cake and games. We even sat outside so an excuse to get the cushions out too! We reminisced over our own 21sts and gave life advice that we wish we’d known at that age.
Great night. Happy faces and a good way to celebrate a year at my ‘new job’ with this lovely team.
