Grand Reunion

It finally happened and we had a wonderful afternoon catching up on each other's families, reminiscing a bit, moaning about the aches and pains of getting old and despairing at the state of the government/country/world.

There was a scrumptious gluten-free cake, shortbread, rocky road and You-Know-Whose teacakes, all washed down with a glass or two of bubbly and a pot of tea.

Mindi relished all the attention. The sun shone. A grand reunion that'll keep us going till the next one...
