More Cheese Please

It’s a National Holiday here tomorrow and everything will be closed, so I stocked up on more cheese and other provisions this morning. I also bought myself a couple of vintage dresses at the local Caritas shop and paid for the new blinds we’ve ordered for the back of the flat.
It was my hottest day so far today, so I packed a picnic and enjoyed it in the Turia gardens (in the shade). After lunch I visited the house, studio and garden of Valencian painter, José Benlliure.
Tonight I took part in a silent book event at the local English bookshop and yes I resisted the temptation to talk!
