Another day, another screen!

This wasn’t my intended blip for today. After Dad’s emergency eye appointment this afternoon I’d planned on spending some time in one of the hospital’s gardens with an ice cream, while we waited for the return Dial a Ride bus. But instead of taking 40mins, as I was told yesterday, we were in the department for two hours, so no ice cream and no garden blip. And we made the bus late. But there will be plenty of future opportunities as unfortunately we’re going to be making regular hospital visits for treatment (eyeball injections! Eeek!!!) As the consultant said, there is a fix to the loss of vision, but it’s most definitely not an overnight fix. Same for yesterday’s dental problem. Felt a bit warmer in the sun today, managed to mow one lawn this morning and make a start on the weeding.

Thank you for your kind words and stars for yesterday’s blip. If all goes to plan, tomorrow’s blip should be far more picturesque, and uplifting.
