Goose

Spotted my favourite pair of geese a few weeks ago back at the pond, however, every time I’ve been back, nothing to be seen, so it was with glee I spotted Mother Goose sitting on eggs ( how many this year?) and Father Goose patrolling the pond ready to hiss. Kept my distance so as not to disturb but left an enormous pile of seed for them both. Very fond of these two as they were my Covid pets and became almost friendly by the end of the summer with their four goslings.
