Promise of Summer Colour

Sort of a catch-up day today having spent the best part of yesterday with a graduating friend who has done her PhD as a mature student - totally impressed.

These are the buds of som lilies that we have on the balcony, and which look like they are going to flower whilst we are off on our hols - AGAIN!
