Yes, yet another indoor blip today, one delivery arrived the second didn't so yet another wasted day...

<rant>Do you know what really pisses me off, no, I mean REALLY pisses me off? When companies f--k up a delivery and then expect you to ring a premium rate phone number to sort it out! I mean, they bollocks something up and expect you to pay for the privelege of sorting it out! Then send you an email sayiong that there has been a successful conclusion. NO! There has not been a "successful conclusion" until the delivery has been made, which bit of 'delivery' do they not f--king understand?</rant>
