Yellow and red
Thanks for understanding why I may not have wanted comments on yesterday‘s blip.
More cactus flowers, this one different from the others. It’s on a black-spined prickly pear. The spines are long, and you guessed it, black. I put up another one as an extra. I tried to get close for that one, but I didn’t compose it very well. But both look great in large.
It’s a lovely day to be outside; sunny and 80°/27° with a light breeze. I had breakfast alfresco, picked up the mail, and took some photos with both my camera and phone. Now, despite it being early in the day, I’m pretty much done. It’s time to do things around the house, like washing some dishes and laundry.
In other news… The hummingbirds and others must be getting their nectar from natural sources because the feeder has been out for several days and it’s still full. Time to take it in and put some fresh stuff out.
