First rehearsal!

James was out at 8am for football practice. 2 daughter and I had a wander to the Independent bookshop The Bound where she bought the modern Huck Finn book and ordered The Picnic.

I was to pick Nathaniel up at 2pm but #3 daughter phoned at 12.30 to say they’d be done by 1 so he’d need picking up then. No way could I walk to the metro, go all the way to Monument and walk down to the river in that time but luckily she had time to do it. He’d had a great morning and was really buzzing. See Blip. Mr C came to Whitley Bay to pick me up.

Chris messaged to say she’d had the angiogram and her arteries were fine so no stent was needed. I don’t know if she’d had a heart attack or not now! Anyway it’s great news and such a relief for the family who all live hundreds of miles away.
