Ouch

Whilst walking through a door today, I caught my foot on the door as I was opening it, squeezed the take out cup of tea I was holding. The lid came off and I was scalded.

40 minutes of running my hand under a cold tap, and still painful, now 10 hours later, I have a blister and a hard swollen area.
