Afternoon Tea

On Saturday, I received an invitation to attend a “tea party” with my neighbours, Felicity & Serenity, today.

In keeping with the festivity of it all, I decided I would wear my tulle tutu skirt and make the girls giggle.

When I rang the doorbell and Lacy opened the door, the two girls were standing there singing Happy Birthday to me, as my birthday is next week. It was adorable.

As well as the four of us, we were joined at the table for tea by each of the girl’s favourite stuffed animal.

It was a wonderful gift of love for sure and truly made my day. These girls have been a blessing to have as our backyard neighbours.
