Could You Say No.....

....to this bedraggled bird? I couldn't!  I had every intention of doing a Tiny Tuesday blip until this little creature plopped himself right into the water pan and splashed around for a bit.  I am not even sure what kind of bird he is----though Merlin suggests that he could be a Bushtit.  I only know that I've never seen anything like him on my deck and he won my heart and so he will get his 15 minutes of fame on Blip......
