Evening Standard Time

Leaving work half an hour earlier than usual has it's obvious advantages -

Just the right side of the rush hour

No chuggers on the high street (I know charities are in great need of support, but I do object to being accosted by teenagers every time I set foot out of the office)

Seeing the biggest pile of free newspapers I have ever seen (the usual giver outerers having not arrived for their shift yet)

Nothing else to note today; work continues, the mid-week hump is got over. Looking forward to the weekend already.

p.s. I got to work more than half an hour early this morning before anyone starts questioning my committment :)
