Blue sky

The view from the decking at the back of the house at one minute to eight, this morning. 

We worked from home for most of the day, before taking a leisurely drive down to Salford via the Trough of Bowland, later in the afternoon. 

And at half-six, I ran down the Crescent to meet Hannah, and we took a long run out and around the Kersal Wetlands. 

Milly and I are planning to run the Kielder marathon, this October, while Hannah and my brother will do the half, which is what Hannah is training up to at the moment. She's going to be ready long before then, I reckon.
