Slow Hand

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow, 

Caro has bought a slow cooker. Well, sort of. She saved up enough "FlyBys" points to get one for free. 

I am all over it. 

So at 8am this morning I was cutting up vegetables and plopping in a pair of lamb shanks for tonight's dinner. 

What I had not factored in was the fact that this meant I had to sit with lamb cooking ALL DAY LONG. 

It drove me bonkers. 

However, dinner was amazing and awesome and wonderful. Crashy certainly thought so. He loooooooves lamb. So I put aside some meat especially for him. 

He POUNCED upon it and ate it (as Caro said) like he had "never eaten before". 

Look at that little face. It was so worth 8 hours of lamb cooking smells to see his little smile.
