I went to the fishmongers in the village today, always good on a Thursday for some reason. He had some fresh rainbow trout which was delicious. We had it for lunch!

It would be wonderful if today's weather could be repeated. It has been glorious, even if a tad chilly in the wind. Everyone seemed to have a spring in their step.
