Evening sky

A day of animal care and gym. Phil, the man making our new staircase, came for final survey, and we agreed how it should work, hopefully. We will have to be out of the house for a few days at the end of the month. After that we went to DLC and had our free PT sessions, which were ok. They have a machine that measures metabolic age and I came out 9 years younger than I am so that’s hopefully a good sign. If I carry on improving then I may become a teenager all over again! Walking Fifi round I saw this lovely sky in the evening after a day when we had everything from hail and gales to bright sunshine.
