No Ray Bans

I finally picked the Ray Bans as my new specs but ever since I got them they've not been comfortable to wear. I've been back to the supplier three times and they've adjusted them. I finally consulted my usual opticians and he discovered that the axis in the right lens was slightly off centre. In most people this wouldn't matter but I'm a sensitive soul and my eyes can't cope unless the lens is exact.

Anyway armed with this knowledge I saw the supplier of the Ray Bans (I'm calling them suppliers because they're supposedly give you cheaper deals on any line of specs).

After they check the prescription, my eyes and the Ray Bans they said they would order another lens, which would take a week. At no time did they say we're really sorry the measurement on the lens is out, it's the manufacturer's fault and we'll get it sorted. The head guy, who hasn't heard of customer service, said it's only a fraction out as if my eyes were to blame!

Anyway I'm back to my old specs for another week. But no one in the office noticed so hey ho!
