Beygnac

We allowed the lady in the sat nav machine to guide us to our tourist destination today. Big mistake! White knuckle roads...anyone who knows me knows I am not a fan of bends and sheer drops! She guided us to the height of the chateau at Beygnac. Gorgeous spot and beautiful panoramic views. We made the slog down to the town and back up....all a bit glowing by the end!

Bit of a drama when the car fob battery died..us on the outside...phones on the inside. However Mr Lif clutched it in his sweaty paws for a while and nursed it back to life.

Back to camp via the supermarche for wine, snacks and a new battery for the fob.

An afternoon of chilling in the warm followed. The cava was opened but not before jake and I had a good dip in the pool.

A little rain is forecast for tomorrow so we will get the dogs to the vets for their tablets for the return journey and head out to Rocammadour so Mr Lif can shop for some tourist tat!
