No Relay Today!

Said our farewells to Brian who was heading back to the woods for the relays today. A swollen aching knee was rather thankful not to be running today.

Beds changed and washing done. I just about managed to hobble to the station to grab this photo.

Matthew popped in which was a lovely surprise. Always good to have a chat and a catch up.
