Goldfinches - Canadian style!

Final day with the RV so we made a few detours on our way back to our chosen campsite for the last night, just 20Km from the rental depot.

Since it was Canada Day we anticipated seeing quite a lot of festivities as we drove back through some of the towns, but generally nothing was scheduled to get going till after lunch at the earliest and then on into the evening. The harbour area at Penetanguishene was quite pretty, and the museum entry was free, but I'm not really into museums anyway.

So here we are, getting the van sorted so we can pack quickly in the morning, and on the birdfeeders of a nearby site are these wonderful goldfinches. Having photographed some the other day but then not blipped them, it just had to be these that were right for tonight's blip.

It will probably be sometime tomorrow (Tues) before this gets posted as we have another site where the internet has gone on the blink! Oh what we get used to, and then miss when its not there! Good job God's love for us doesn't depend on wifi !
