Apple Blossom…!!

It seems early but I suppose it’s not really…and it’s probably unlikely that we’ll have frost in May this year,  because of the very wet winter …it’s been cold but very little frost or freezing conditions…!
So the blossom should be safe enough!

Not been the best today ….another IBS attack….i think I can be fairly sure now that I know what is probably the main cause….it seems to be when I increase saturated fat again in my diet…..couldn’t resist the Easter egg temptation…!!
We had decided not to buy any eggs and we hadn’t but our Son brought us a really lovely Lily O’Briens egg….a really good 40% choc…addictive but today I’m paying the price….i had been eating a bit more of other things I probably shouldn’t have been too..!
I started to take the meds I use straight away when the pain started so although I’m still very sore and tired tonight I’m hopefully on the mend..

No more news to report today..!!
