Yes, gloomy, wet, and very windy again! Didn't need to go anywhere today, so I didn't venture outside any further than the bins.

Plenty to do indoors, and I ticked off several items on the 'to do' list. Spent a little time quite a while researching the family tree too. Emailed the Records Office in Norwich to establish whether it would be possible to gain any information on my elusive great grandfather, William Henry Davies. Apparently, the archives from Laurence Scott, where he worked as an engineer, are stored there.

By early evening it had actually stopped raining, so MrM went on quite a long walk in the wind, mostly in the dark. Meanwhile, I enjoyed a chat on the phone with Lucy.
