Went to upholstery as usual this morning. Progressed well with Ds chair- it should be ready for its top cloth next week. Called in at the supermarket in the way hime and a couple more plants ended up in my trolley- hopefully i’ll be able to plant them soon. It had started to rain heavily by this time and looked like it wasn’t going to stop so drove over to Beeston to look for fabric for making toys for the summer stall - was quite successful and they should have more in next week. Had lunch when i got home , tidied up and did lots of ironing. Got changed and drove to Sherwood- rain had just about stopped but very windy - again! Had an early dinner at Le Mistral to celebrate JRs birthday. It was delicious but both of us only wanted one course- their portions are very generous!
