Epimedium

It was raining….but I needed a blip and I noticed the ‘horny goat weed’ dripping under the magnolia. It’s looking good this year. Last year, I cut off the winter leaves before it flowered. Then I read somewhere that it’s not a great idea so I left them, and the flowers have popped through quite nicely.
The radiator valve is fixed and the floor is starting to dry out, but I will need a new piece of underlay. We have decided to get the remaining radiators done too, as a precaution, one of the downstairs ones also has a slight drip! That’s old age for you.
