Been making stuff today, amongst other things

In the foreground pesto soup which contains (small) new potatoes from the allotment, a few of Bob's carrots and some of last year's French beans while some larger new potatoes boil in the pan. We had them as a side dish! Very good, creamy and tasty.

In the middle ground is the recipe for tomorrow's meal - the Hairy Dieters Paprika Chicken - which will be cooked tonight for the visit of Susan's Australian relatives who are visiting tomorrow.

Also there is the recipe for Elderflower Champagne the newly bottled batch of which can be seen behind. That's 10 litres of the stuff and another 10 litres still in the garage to bottle on Wednesday.

Apart from that, tidied up the garden and more weeding down at the allotment and collecting books from the library. Another good day.
