Up, up and away!

My husband has had to go to India for work several times over the past couple of years (the inspiration for our holiday last summer, as he wanted to see more than airports, hotels and the office) and here he is again, taking off for another two weeks away (apologies for screenshot!). His company wants him to move to Delhi but while he enjoys going there, it’s a whole other thing (and very big upheaval) to actually live there, so the answer was ‘NO!’… followed up with him notifying them that he’s retiring, just in case they thought he was just ‘playing hard to get’.


It’s his birthday tomorrow so we had the celebration yesterday. I’ve arranged for the hotel to decorate his room and get him a cake so hopefully he’ll have a good day.
