The art of nature

I had a very colourful blip in mind, snapped on my way back from shopping in Lézignan, but then I went for a walk later and found this. Thank you, Mother Nature! And to my surprise, I'm joining in MonoMonday, a rarity for me. Sharper in large, as always.

It rained overnight, as you can see. And today was a third day of Saharan murk and low cloud. A good day for macro photography. After the hectic weekend it was a quiet domestic day of shopping and cleaning. Now I'm drinking a glass of wine and sharing tuna rillettes with Mystère.
