Trees in Fairmilehead Park

Quite a bit of overnight rain, which stops early in the morning. Very mild, I was overdressed on the morning walk around the park. A few new streamlets in unexpected places. Shame the clouds covered the sun when I went to take my weekly photo of the trees in the park. The larch trees on the right of the image are now quite green, as is one of the wee trees near centre. After coffee, assisted with the grocery delivery, then went to get my haircut.

After lunch, a warm walk down to Morningside for weekend groceries. When we return, partner and I go for a wee walk in the sunshine around the park. When we got home for the second time, we noticed the washing was on the ground. The washing line had broken while we were out. Fortunately only one towel had suffered, so no need for a immediate rewashing. So a late afternoon coffee, with Easter egg chocolate. After afternoon coffee, as wee bit of photo editing.

After tea, we watch the 1% club. Then watch Granite Harbour on iPlayer while relaxing with a beer and jalapeno coated peanuts.
