Bottoms up.

A visit this morning to the monthly farmers market which had started up again in Cleckheaton.
I’m afraid it was very disappointing and so won’t be going again.

After lunch I went over to see my sister and had a good catchup.
Called at the pond on my way home.
Nice to see the king cups/ marsh marigolds flowering.
However I only saw the two Canada geese ( not nesting yet) a couple of herring gulls and one mallard.
No idea what has happened to the rest of the ducks and moorhens. Hopefully they will return.

It was been very warm 18C. Mainly sunny. The wind didn’t arrive until this afternoon, and has now dropped. We have been lucky.
