Wiped out

Not surprisingly I was very tired today.

Annette came at 10 for coffee and a chat. So thoughtful to come today.

I made little bunches of flowers from the carnation spray (see yesterday) and set off after an early lunch to deliver them. I was in Wall at Jenny and Dennis’ when the plumber sent a message to say he was en route for my house. I WhatsApped (is that a word?) Joan to ask her to open up but I was there in time. A new radiator valve is required.

Out again, to the garage, because the car has an airbag warning sign and the horn is not working. Neil, at the wonderful Wall Garage, did a temporary fix and booked the car in. There may be an expensive repair to come.

I delivered two more bunches then came home to rest in bed.

Freda sent flowers to arrive today. So thoughtful.

The pasqueflower flowers are growing in the wall outside Margaret’s house. The back lighting made them really pop with colour. I did a little desaturating but they still look unreal.
