Watery Day

A morning of drizzle. The rain feels relentless this spring.

Other than work, today has been about having our boiler replaced. It’s been a frustrating situation as the boiler being replaced was only seven years old and still heated the water fine. It was the flow of water that was being severely restricted by some kind of seal or filler disintegrating inside the boiler. Anyway, after a long day the two heating engineers left at 7pm and we now have a new boiler and hot flowing water.

Grateful:
- The rain stopped and I had a dry and pleasant walk this evening.
- To the two trades people who worked so hard today.
- To have hope that I can overcome an unpleasant situation at work.
