Arundel Cathedral

So a visit to new Wi and hubby went for.a stroll around Arundel incorporating a beer stop!
So now.I.will have to start being choosy with time! never got.out so.much as.now.
It.requires intentional effort, got.to be done to.meet.people.
So hubby gets the train to.Manchester.tomorrow daughter discharged and drives her car back.with her. We have had quite a few high anxiety calls from.her  some quite justified as services not communicated with one another!! normal stuff..
It will not be straightforward for sure.. 
Im the  one jollying along, keeping i.. "Its just another day!" feet on the floor sort of thing... nearly 5 years in services and still waiting trauma therapy..
