Notes: Cool-ish morning again tho couldn't get it below 70 deg inside even w/ 2 fans going first thing. Did some stuff around the house and touched up a couple more little paint spots of the front of the truck. Wayne and JoAnn left early this morning (seems so much quicker than last year) - this is the shot of the pink blooming hibiscus shrub and their empty parking spot. Went to pool around 10-1030ish, was breezy and some clouds. They were doing another shuffleboard tourney so quite busy over there. Laid out for awhile and then watched for a bit. Finished arugula salad and warmed up quinoa and leftover broccoli and added sprouts and coconut aminos. Fresh batch of whipped cream - put it on the 2 "jello" creations that didn't quite work ... but still taste good. Did a 30 min meditation (Lightwave - visual and auditory) and then outside to ground a bit in bare feet and walked over to pool and back. Late shower and then back online to watch Janine & Ashala and JC with Kerry Cassidy until 6p. Streamed shows for the rest of the evening.
