Notes: Woke at a decent time as it was getting light but felt very out of it, weird dreams, off. Didn't feel like biking at all but headed out, south btw the park & library and found a back way to the trail, crossing 2 big intersections with lights. Didn't feel good, no strength, exhausted and turned around early. Went more on the back road near the park street and followed that all the way out to Ulmerton - doesn't go all that far. Ended up only at 10 mi and was very unfulfilling and not good scenery and miles. Did head right to the pool once I got back and swam a little to stretch out and did the shower there. Sat w/ coffee just as CBS Sun Morning Show was starting. Cooked at 11a, hungry - eggs w/ spinach and sauteed shredded zucchini, toasted croissant. Later made seed crackers, took much longer for them to crisp up. Hottest day of the year yet I think and had to keep using the AC. In the evening, walked over to the pool (saw this great palm tree shadow ... and bike photo was nothing special) and chatted w/ Wayne & Jo-Anne for awhile as they're leaving tomorrow morning early. Sad to see them go - were my first contact even before I rented here and feels like part of me is disappearing somehow. And would love to be traveling north and out of this weather. Day overall pretty long, didn't feel good for much of it tho minor. Did chores and miscellany around the house also.
