Talkin Tarn

Don't get me started on the clock change, how stupid.  When will someone put an end to the nonsense :-/  Adding to the fun, Ben woke up at 3:30am or 4:30am.. who knows which is what?!  So it's been a bit of a tiring day.  Mr KCNQ2Haiku had a run out to Talkin Tarn and we met up with him for a walk.  It was very busy with families and dogs, a large percentage of whom Leo barked at.  He's a bit of a monkey.  He wants to meet and greet every dog he sees and some of them are not interested or their owners give off 'no thank you' vibes and that sets Leo off.  We really should work on him ignoring other dogs but obviously we're busy and when he does get to sniff another dog, he's so happy!  Today, amongst others, he happily met a poodle crossed with a bedlington terrier, a giant black labradoodle type who looked just like an enormous Leo and a little 14 week old Labrador puppy!  So I think I'll just ignore the few barks and get on with enjoying the walks for now :-)
We came home for lunch and little nap (me) and a bounce on the trampoline (Ben) and cleaning the windows/sorting out some cables (Mr KCNQ2Haiku)  I definitely got the best deal! In the afternoon Ben and I made some chocolate chip and almond muffins and a chicken stew.  I was quite pleased with how the muffins turned out :-)
We've been quite light on the Easter celebrations but Ben had an egg he could decorate with icing pens, so we've gently participated!
Hopefully the clock change won't create drama tonight :-/
