Glorious day

The sun was shining when we walked down to pick up a paper before breakfast and continued to do so all day. Forgot one of the ingredients needed for tomorrows dinner and a birthday card so walked into town. It was very busy with people sat outside cafes. Baked a cake to take away with us, hubby requested a brack so used all the dried fruit left from Christmas.
Afternoon walk with the girls was so warm and sunny and they enjoyed meeting up with other dogs. When we got back I took up a pair of jeans for hubby while the dogs ran in and out of the house and garden.
Grandson’s birthday present arrived today so that is all ready for when we get back.
So lovely to have a day where the doors to the garden have been open all day.
The magnolia is looking wonderful, and although the best view is from the bedroom I also like walking through the arch and seeing it.
The extra is of the girls waiting to go back in when the wind blew the door closed.
