Parkrun at Lytham Hall

A lovely sunny day for the Parkrun. Over 300 people took part, but, sadly, I wasn't one of them. I have a hip and knee problem which doesn't seem to be getting any better. Surgery may be the only answer.

Note to self: get some jazzy leggings.
