reflected past

Went for a little explore around the Nordbahnhof at lunch time. The area where the tracks leading to the railway station used to be is now a park. The station building itself was demolished at the beginning of the 60ies since the station was in East Berlin and the tracks leading to it in the West. At the end of the park are some great viaducts that are currently quietly rusting away (see extra). They are apparently still sound and there is an idea to reactivate them as railway bridges. An area I will certainly explore some more.
