Three little ducks

A cold and windy day but with quite a lot of sunshine.  We had a walk down at Rouken Glen and saw the tufted ducks, about six of them with two females, but they were far out near the islands so I had to zoom in to them.  I liked the picture though.

We visited Pat and found her fine and had a wee talk with her,  mostly about the days when we were all parents with young children and used to go away for days together.  We particularly remembered going to collect our Christmas Trees and then having a winter picnic with a big bonfire.  These were happy days.  We left her smiling.......
