Bulrushes

A bit of rain overnight and the ground is a bit wet this morning.

Our church has been in process for many months now to merge with another church in the town, and this is now in the last stages.  One of the things that is considered important is to select a new name, one which will reflect the new joining, and today we were voting on our choice.  

We were advised that 4 choices had been selected for approval by the committee responsible, and that they had narrowed it down to 2.  So we voted on these two and overwhelmingly the name 'Calderglen Parish' was chosen.  A happy choice, I think.
