Visits

A busy day today involving my first solo/unsupported shower for 33 days. I am pleased to say that all ran smoothly.
Good friend L collected me at 9:30 and we drove to my workplace where we had been invited to breakfast club. It was so lovely to see my work colleagues and keep them up-to-date on my progress.
A quick visit to Sainsbury’s as L Needed to buy a present for a birthday party one of her children was attending.
I was dropped off in good time to greet my friend, Paul, who had ridden the 50 miles from his home in Budleigh Salterton to see me. The photo above is of the pasty which he had bought and carried all the way with him. Fuel for the ride home later after a wonderful catch up.
In May Paul is riding from his home to Lands End, up to John O Groats and then back home again Paul riding this for personal reasons, and also to support the following charity;
