Wednesday

First thing was a dental appt . Crown fitted and discussion about other tooth.  To continue with pain gel and hot and cold compress. 
Then along to the psychiatrist; an ok appt,  meds staying the same, and discussion about different things. 
After all that it wasn't even lunch time. Came home for a cup of tea, with my mouth not protesting too much. 

I had planned to stay in but it was getting colder so walked along to the library to read my book and pick up an ordered one. 

This little love heart was on the railings on the way to the dentist and made me smile.
