There are lots of lilac buds on the lilac tree. 

It is wonderful that we had warmth on the weekend when we could enjoy it and that the cold waited until Monday. 

I took pictures of tiny leaves and macros of daffodils. I love having a garden. 

The EU plans to use profits from frozen Russian assets for Ukraine. Not everyone is 100% comfortable so 90% of the money will buy arms and 10% will support the Ukrainian defense industry (which is nearly the same thing??). But it technically allows those countries to not support the purchase of the weapons. The money goes to a fund that will compensate countries that delivery weapons and ammunition. 

The Czech plan to buy ammunition? Finland just pledged $36 million to it. The rounds could start getting to Ukraine by June. 

After Russia's 2022 invasion Ukraine's Digital Transformation Minister Mikhail Fedorov called for an IT army. Hackers volunteered. They said they don't attack humanitarian or health services. They have an unofficial relationship with the authorities.
