Tonight the vice president of my county council held a zoom meeting for RIFed federal employees. He included our state’s Attorney General. The Democratic attorney generals got together when Felon won and got ready. They can only take legal action when they have standing, which means Marylanders have to be hurt. When all the probationary employees were fired they sued, because large employers are supposed to give the states 60 days notice before large layoffs. Then the states can prepare and ideally help the people to find new jobs before they even need unemployment. This lawsuit got all the probationary employees reinstated. 

The councilman has put forward a bill to give laid off federal employees who live in the county hiring preference for county jobs.

This makes me so happy to live in this state and this county. 

Ukraine destroyed a bridge used by Russia to supply its troops. The bridge goes over the Konka river. 

From March 10-16 Ukraine destroyed more than 850 enemy targets. This included 525 Shahed attack drones.
