Wood Anemone

I had a walk through the woods this morning - things have changed a lot since I last walked through a few weeks ago. Lots of wild garlic leaves showing and a few (just a few) of these fab little wood anemones. I had to stop and photograph one today - which wasn’t that easy as it was very windy and despite being so close to the ground they were really waving about. There had been a bit of a downpour before I set off - so plenty of raindrops on the flowers.

Only (only) 2.5 miles walked this morning!

Washing machine has been working overtime and stuff has been drying nicely on the line outside!

I even got the grass cut this afternoon, it had dried out nicely.
