Trees in Fairmilehead Park

A sunny start to the day. Still very soggy underfoot from the rain in the last 48 hours, so sticking to mainly tarmac paths on the morning daunder. Spotted a blue tit checking out a local property, Extra, with a view to starting a family. 

Got home to wait for the grocery delivery. We hadn't received a confirmation email, so got a wee bit worried. Went online to find out that a software upgrade at the supermarket used for online groceries hadn't gone to plan, and we weren't getting our shopping today, and that in store, payment . (Surely software updates should be sone on a Sunday night to minimise disruption??) Got an email from the 'CEO' apologising for the inconvenience. Fortunately, creating an order to get groceries delivered on Sunday was easy, you don't need to a shop from scratch, just use the last order, and add all items to the shopping basket, then check out, so 5 minutes.

In the afternoon, partner and I go to Morningside to get weekend groceries (from a different supermarket). Then home for a wee walk around the park before the rain arrives (again). No sunshine, and very dull. Rain for the rest of the day.
