Spring, without doubt.

What a beautiful day we have had, sunny and mild. I spent much of the day in the garden, trying to tidy one of the flower beds to my satisfaction. I will need another day like today before the job will be complete because I neglected it somewhat last year.
Bertie loved being outdoors all day and found plenty to amuse himself, from bird watching to keeping an eye on movements around our neighbours’ house. I’m not sure whether these were feline movements or human, maybe both. We finished the afternoon with a walk and then it was home for a Friday evening cocktail mixed by Nick.
My blip was taken around 6.15pm just to show how the days are lengthening, especially on a sunny day like today.
